How to make Tanghulu (Chinese fruit candy's)

 Ingredients,fruit/fruits(any),water(cold).

equitment:pot,sticks/stick,candy thermometer(if you have)

spoon,sheet pan,silicone baking sheet or parchment paper,pan spray,syrup.

steps:

1. wash and dry your fruits/fruit.

2.arrange the fruits/fruit on the sticks, average 1-3 per piece per stick.

3.put water and sugar mixture to boil.

4. use your candy thermometer to track the sugar water mixture until it reaches 300 degrees Fahrenheit,

OR test the temperature by dipping the spoon in, then dip it in the cold water then dip it into sryup if it hardens immediately your good to go!

5. get your fruits on the sticks and dip it into the mixture.

5.place it on your sheet pan and wait for it to dry.

6.ENJOY!

!TIPS! if it sticks spray it with pan spray before putting it on.

if you want to save it lightly cover it with plastic wrap.
